The following is an update on the status of the federal cases consolidated in the multidistrict litigation. The cases have been filed together in federal court in Charleston, West Virginia.

It is possible that cases are being filed with more frequency because
of the statute of limitations, dictated by your state, that gives
plaintiffs a limited time within which to file a lawsuit.
